St Barnabas Medical Center Program

The St. Barnabas Medical Center Program in Radiation Therapy Technology offers a 12-month hospital-based certificate program focusing on both didactic and clinical instruction. The curriculum covers a range of subjects including Radiation Therapy Physics, Mathematics, Oncologic Pathology, Radiobiology, among others, closely following the standards set by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology.

Admission requirements include graduating from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology, completing the Program Application Form, facing an interview by the Admissions Committee, and holding at least an associate degree from an accredited academic institution recognized by ARRT. After completing the program, graduates become eligible to apply for the national certifying examination administered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
