The University of Toledo Family Medicine Residency Program offers a comprehensive three-year training program to develop knowledgeable and patient-centered family physicians. The program is ACGME accredited for six residents per class and provides a broad spectrum of educational experiences in community and university hospital settings, as well as a model family medicine practice for continuity of care. Residents benefit from the educational resources and experienced faculty at The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences.

Application Requirements: - Completed ERAS application - Three letters of reference from U.S. Physicians (dated within the past 12 months) - Personal statement - Dean's letter or MSPE - Valid ECFMG certificate (if applicable) - Medical School transcripts - Official USMLE or COMLEX transcripts - Candidates must have graduated within the last three years and scored at least 220 on Step 1 and Step 2 CK on the first attempt - Candidates with Ohio connections are viewed favorably - The program does not sponsor any type of visa

Interviews: - Conducted by invitation only - Preference given to candidates within the specified criteria - Interviews held on Tuesdays from November through mid-February
