The Nassau University Medical Center Transitional Year Residency Program is a one-year ACGME accredited program that aims to provide a comprehensive foundation of clinical skills for future categorical residency programs. The program accepts ten residents per academic year and offers rotations in surgery, internal medicine, family medicine, OB/GYN, emergency medicine, and pediatric emergency medicine.
