Mission Community Hospital Program

The Mission Community Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program is a UCLA-affiliated, ACGME-accredited program located in Panorama City, just north of downtown Los Angeles. Application Process and Requirements

The program is competitive and friendly towards DOs and International Medical Graduates (IMGs). Applicants must register through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Specific requirements include:

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status
• Personal Statement
• Dean's Letter or MSPE
• Three Letters of Reference (one should be from a family physician)
• USMLE or COMLEX transcripts
• Medical School Transcripts and CV
