I have extensive experience in orthopedic surgery residency training and will be serving as a chief resident, giving me a strong understanding of both the applicant and resident perspectives. I have been through the residency application and interview process myself and have experience evaluating applicants, working with residents, and understanding what makes a candidate stand out.

I can provide guidance on personal statements, CVs, ERAS applications, interview preparation, and overall application strategy. I can help applicants identify and highlight their strengths, improve how they communicate their clinical and research experiences, and develop thoughtful answers to common, behavioral, and specialty-specific interview questions. I can also conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback on communication, professionalism, and areas for improvement.

My goal is to provide practical, honest guidance that helps applicants present themselves authentically while maximizing the strengths of their application and improving their chances of matching into their desired residency program
