01 Is Program Portal and GME Connect Suite completely free?
Yes. Full Program Portal access is completely free for verified residency and fellowship leadership. You can update program criteria, edit custom web pages, answer applicant inquiries, host open houses, and post open positions at zero cost. There is no credit card required.
02 How do we get verified access for our program?
Click 'Get Free Program Portal Access' and enter your institutional email. After sign-in, you'll select your program and role. Our team verifies your affiliation within 1–2 business days and activates your portal.
03 How does updating our data affect our public listing?
When you save criteria in the Program Information editor (such as visa sponsorship, minimum USMLE/COMLEX scores, application deadlines, and salary), your public listing immediately displays an authentic 'Verified by the Program' badge in the 'From the Program' tab.
04 Can multiple team members collaborate on our program?
Yes. You can invite unlimited team members (Program Directors, Associate Program Directors, Program Coordinators, Faculty, and Staff) with customizable roles and permissions.
05 Can we manage multiple residency or fellowship programs?
