Grow partnerships with programs, institutions, and content partners; expand GME Connect and related offerings.

About the role

Residency Advisor partners with residency programs, institutions, and content providers to deliver better tools for applicants and program teams. Business Development leads the relationships that expand our footprint in graduate medical education.

You will identify partnership opportunities, structure deals, and work with product and operations to turn signed partners into successful launches.

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify partnership opportunities with programs, hospitals, and education partners.
  • Own outreach, discovery calls, proposals, and negotiation through signed agreements.
  • Coordinate onboarding with internal teams for GME Connect and related offerings.
  • Maintain a pipeline and forecast for partnership revenue and strategic accounts.
  • Represent Residency Advisor professionally with academic and clinical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or account growth in SaaS or healthcare-adjacent markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to close partnerships or enterprise deals.
  • Excellent communication skills for email, calls, and executive conversations.
  • Organized pipeline management and follow-through on multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships in graduate medical education or hospital systems.
  • Experience selling to program directors, GME administrators, or academic medical centers.
  • Familiarity with residency match cycles and applicant recruitment timelines.
