Advocate Health offers its fellows a competitive salary structure, which for the 2023-2024 academic year is set at $73,500 for PGY-4 trainees and $75,750 for PGY-5 trainees. Additionally, fellows receive comprehensive health and dental insurance, professional liability insurance, and other supportive benefits, which include an annual education reimbursement of $3,000 and a food allowance of $1,000.
