Main Line Health System/Bryn Mawr Hospital Program

The Family Medicine Residency Program at Bryn Mawr Hospital is a fully accredited program with over four decades of experience training family medicine physicians. Their goal is to educate physicians to specialize in family medicine, providing comprehensive, compassionate quality healthcare for patients and families. Residents have the opportunity to practice at Bryn Mawr Family Practice and City Line Family Medicine, gaining experience in caring for a diverse patient panel.

The curriculum includes rotations in various specialties over the three-year program, such as General Surgery, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Adult Medicine, and more. Residents also participate in educational programs, on-call responsibilities, and wellness activities to support their training.

The program requires applicants to meet specific criteria, including graduates of U.S. and Canadian medical schools accredited by LCME, graduates of osteopathic medicine in the U.S. accredited by the AOA, or graduates of international medical schools with certain qualifications. The program boasts a 100% pass rate for board exams in the last five years and offers electives to tailor the residency to individual career goals.
