The fellowship features multiple core rotations:
General Neuroradiology
This rotation covers general spine imaging, emergency neuroradiology, adult brain tumor imaging, stroke imaging, head and neck imaging, pediatric emergency neuroradiology, vascular neuroradiology encompassing CT angiography (CTA), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), and Doppler sonography. During this stage, fellows will also engage in general image-guided procedures such as lumbar punctures and myelography. Participation in weekly didactic conferences and multidisciplinary conferences is mandated, enhancing both educational and collaborative efforts 3.
Endovascular Surgery
Fellows will gain hands-on experience with catheter-based angiographic procedures under the supervision of neuroendovascular specialists. This encompasses a variety of procedures including endovascular clot retrieval and aneurysm coiling 4.
Pediatric Neuroradiology
This rotation at the University of Rochester Medical Center offers broad exposure to pediatric neuropathology, including brain tumors and metabolic processes 5.

Application Process
