possible swap IM socal to NE?
Currently at an academic center and feeling quite homesick, which is impacting my mental health. I would prefer to stay at an academic center in Pennsylvania, but I'm also open to other nearby states for my PGY2 year next year. I'm unsure about my options and want to explore possibilities. I'm not coping well on my own.
