T20 IM prestigious Bay Area program PGY1 trying to swap into psyc in cali

Hello, I've come to realize that internal medicine isn't the right fit for me. During medical school, I attempted to transition into psychiatry, but due to last-minute timing, I couldn't complete the necessary psych rotation because of required classes for graduation. I have a step score above 270, several publications, and I'm AOA. I'm reaching out to see if anyone currently in a psychiatry program would be open to swapping with me for an internal medicine position. My main priority is finding a program as close to the Bay Area as possible, and I am open to both academic and smaller community programs. Is anyone interested in making this switch? If not, would it be advisable to consider reapplying for the match?
