Texas PM&R looking for Philly or NYC swap

I am currently a PGY1 resident seeking to swap for the start of my PGY2 year next year. I had hoped to be in the northeast, but unfortunately, that didn't work out. My feelings towards my program are positive; it's more about the location that prompted this change.
