Subsequent years offer rotations in outpatient rehab, consults/rehab, musculoskeletal ultrasound, spine care, prosthetics/orthotics, EMG studies, and various specialties.
The didactic program includes a Core Curriculum, Anatomy review, Journal Club, Ultrasound modules, Assessment exams, Grand Rounds, and other relevant sessions to supplement clinical training. The program places importance on research initiatives, aiming to enhance patient care and outcomes through ongoing projects. The residency is geared towards developing skilled and caring physiatrists who are prepared for independent practice or fellowship opportunities upon completion.
