- Monthly journal clubs focusing on current literature in various otolaryngologic subspecialties.
PGY-1 residents complete a diverse set of surgical rotations including pediatric surgery, surgical oncology, and anesthesia, among others. From PGY-2 onwards, residents split their rotations between head and neck surgery and pediatric otolaryngology, ensuring well-rounded exposure to all facets of the specialty. The last four years predominantly focus on otolaryngology.
