HCA HealthONE/Swedish Medical Center Program

The Neurology Residency Program at Swedish Medical Center, part of HCA HealthONE, offers a unique experience due to its collaboration with expert private practice neurologists in Colorado. This program focuses on providing individualized learning opportunities and real-world applications of evidence-based medicine. Residents gain exposure to various subspecialties including Epileptology/EEG, Movement disorders, and Neuro-oncology, among others. The program offers a robust didactic curriculum, including neurovascular conferences and journal clubs.

The curriculum spans four years and includes inpatient and outpatient experiences at Swedish Medical Center and HealthONE Neurology Specialists. Residents engage in rotations such as Neuro ICU, Consults, and Epilepsy/EEG, tailored to enhance their clinical skills. In the fourth year, residents take on the role of chief resident, further developing their clinical expertise across subspecialties.

While the HealthONE Neurology Residency Program does not currently accept foreign medical graduates or sponsor visas, it provides residents with a comprehensive training environment.
