The Anesthesiology and Internal Medicine Residency program at Loma Linda University offers a combined integrated training program in Internal Medicine and Anesthesiology over a five-year period. Pettis Memorial Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The program aims to train graduates who can excel in physician leadership roles early in their careers.
The curriculum is designed to challenge residents to diagnose, treat, and manage patients throughout the perioperative continuum of care, with a strong focus on patient safety, chronic care coordination, perioperative medicine, physician leadership, and organizational management.
