The St. Luke's Hospital - Anderson Campus Otolaryngology Residency Program is on a mission to become the region's top-rated Otolaryngology training program. The program aims to train highly motivated residents who will actively engage in research presentations, publications, and service in leadership positions. Residents will receive extensive experience in the operating room and national and regional meetings. The Program Director is Pamela C. Roehm, MD, PhD.
Program Highlights: - Comprehensive Otolaryngology faculty covering all subspecialties - Use of advanced technology and treatment protocols - Pediatric Otolaryngology rotations at a Level I Trauma Center - Active involvement in clinical trials and research - Training in clinical research techniques and leadership roles
Clinical Curriculum: Residents undergo training in facial plastics, head and neck surgery, laryngology, otology & neurotology, pediatric otolaryngology, rhinology, sleep surgery, and research activities. Throughout the program, residents are expected to participate in various research projects and present their findings at regional and national meetings.
Application: - Application deadline: October 1 - Two positions offered annually - Prior residency training not accepted due to program status - Three letters of recommendation required - Applications exclusively through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) - Residency interviews held from October through December
