Overview

The UC Davis Addiction Medicine Fellowship is an interdisciplinary training program specifically designed to provide comprehensive education in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of substance use disorders. Supervision for the fellows is provided by an interdisciplinary faculty across several departments including Emergency Medicine (focusing on Addiction Medicine and Medical Toxicology), Family Medicine, Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, and Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. This breadth of supervision ensures that fellows obtain a well-rounded view of addiction medicine from various medical perspectives 1.

Fellow clinical experiences span multiple settings, allowing them to work with diverse patient populations and healthcare delivery models.
