The Adventist Health Tulare Family Medicine Residency Program is a new and growing program that aims to train competent and compassionate family physicians in providing evidence-based and value-based full-spectrum patient care. The program began in July 2021 with 6 residents and plans to expand to 18 residents in total under the leadership of a supportive faculty and administrative team.

Curriculum: - 36-month program following a block rotation schedule. - Longitudinal experiences in Health Systems Management/Q1 and Behavioral Health. - Residents are expected to complete rotations as scheduled with various rotation sites.
Salary Benefits: - Annual financial support ranges from $66,414.40 to $69,440.54. - Additional benefits include meals, discretionary educational fund, CME allowance, board fees, licenses, education benefits, remote desktop access, and paid vacation.
