Sierra View Medical Center Program

The Sierra View Medical Center Internal Medicine Residency Program is a newly established and accredited community-based program that offers a rich educational experience. The program operates under the standard academic calendar year from July to June and participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).

Application requirements include submitting a Dean's Letter, Medical School Transcript, Curriculum Vitae, Written Personal Statement, three letters of recommendation, USMLE Scores Step I and Step II, and ECFMG Certification if applicable. The program reviews applications for both categorical PGY1 positions and preliminary PGY1 positions. Preference is given to graduates from a U.S. or Foreign Medical School within the last three years, with USMLE Scores above 220 preferred.
