The Oregon Health Policy Board (OHPB), under the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), serves as the principal policy-making body responsible for overseeing the state's health care system. The OHPB is comprised of nine citizen members who are appointed to create impact across various health sectors, including public health, behavioral health, and Medicaid operations within the Oregon Health Plan.
