Prospective fellows must have completed a minimum of three years of post-graduate training in Internal Medicine or be enrolled in the ABIM Research Pathway. All applicants are generally expected to be Board Eligible in Internal Medicine by the fellowship's start. Furthermore, a strong emphasis is placed on passing all USMLE exams (I, II, and III), with individual waivers considered.
The program currently sponsors J1 visas for foreign applicants.16
