This is the content of the University of Utah Health Program's Pediatrics/Medical Genetics Residency program:

The University of Utah Pediatrics Program is committed to dismantling racism and discrimination in medical care. They actively combat discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity and support an inclusive culture for LGBTQIA+ individuals. The program aims to provide training in both Pediatrics and Medical Genetics. During the program, residents complete 2.5 years of Pediatric training and 1.5 years of Genetics training.

Application to the Pediatric-Genetics Residency Program should be made through ERAS for US applicants and ECFMG for International Medical Graduates. The program supports J-1 Visas for international applicants. All PL-1 positions at the University of Utah are filled through the NRMP match process. The program values holistic application review for both US and IMG applicants.

Regarding salary and benefits, residents receive yearly stipends which increase annually.
