The Clinical Medical Genetics Residency Program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) offers a two-year, ACGME-accredited training in pediatric medical genetics and genomics. Application Process and Requirements

Candidates interested in applying to the Clinical Medical Genetics Residency Program must have completed a residency in another medical specialty prior to their application. Key application documents include a CV, personal statement, medical school transcript, official USMLE scores, and three letters of reference, one of which must be from the current residency program director.

International graduates must provide additional documentation, including a credentials review letter from the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ABMGG) and a current ECFMG certificate.
