The UPMC Allergy & Immunology Fellowship Program at the University of Pittsburgh offers a two to three year ACGME accredited training program. They accept two fellows per year, one from pediatrics and the other with a background in internal medicine or combined medicine-pediatrics. The program provides a 50/50 clinical experience in pediatric and adult clinical care, covering both inpatient and outpatient cases. Fellows get exposure to a wide range of conditions, including allergic rhinitis, asthma, urticaria, rare inborn errors of immunity, and immunologic disorders.
