Wayne State University School of Medicine Anesthesiology Residency Program is a three-year ACGME accredited program based at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland in Pontiac, Michigan. The program received continued accreditation in April 2022 and has 18 residents across three classes.

Application to the program must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). They offer an Advanced Positions track for candidates completing a transitional or preliminary year prior to starting the Anesthesiology Residency in July 2022. The program participates in the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP).

Required application documents submitted through ERAS include Letters of Recommendation, Transcripts/Diploma, and an ECFMG Certificate for international graduates.
