The Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) Internal MedicineResidency Program is committed to developing physician leaders whopractice lifelong evidence-based medicine and strive to improvehealthcare systems to enhance patient-centered care. Visa Support and Application Requirements

The program accepts international medical graduates and sponsorsJ-1 visas for eligible candidates. However, it does not supportH-1B visas. For application consideration, GBMC prefers applicantsto have a minimum score of 230 on USMLE Step 2 and requires thatapplicants have passed all USMLE exams and completed the CSA exambefore the NRMP match deadline. Graduates from both US andinternational medical schools are encouraged to apply, withscreening for competitive candidates based on performance andclinical experience.
