• Henry Ford Providence Hospital Southfield Campus: A 395-bed teaching hospital, serving as a Level 2 trauma center with a newly renovated ICU and a state-of-the-art simulation lab.
• Henry Ford Providence Hospital Novi Campus: A 259-bed teaching hospital and another Level 2 trauma center equipped with a simulation lab and capabilities for ENT microsurgery.

Residents have access to the Van Elslander Surgical Innovation Center and the Helen L. DeRoy Medical Library, enhancing their educational experience through cutting-edge resources and technology.
