Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, meals during workdays, provided lab coats, and a relocation allowance. Residents are entitled to four weeks of vacation per year and receive a book allowance and free parking. Membership fees for the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) are covered, along with costs associated with DEAs and medical licensure.6

Applicants with multiple failures on the examination may be excluded from consideration. Any applicant who has graduated from medical school during or after 2021 is eligible to apply, although those with a graduation date further back may need to provide evidence of significant clinical experience.7
