The University of Rochester Urology Residency Program is a comprehensive program that offers one year of funded research at the PGY4 level followed by 5 years of clinical training in all aspects of urology. One of their strengths is having a dedicated Xi robot in a mock operating room solely for resident training, which provides residents with excellent surgical skills and judgment, including superior robotic experience. Interviews for the program will be conducted virtually on November 8, November 18th, and December 6th.
The University of Rochester Department of Urology supports J-1 visas only for international medical graduates and does not provide sponsorship for H-1 or H-1b visas. Applicants must be certified or eligible to be certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG).
