The Womack Army Medical Center General Surgery Residency Program is designed to train fully competent general surgeons to serve within the United States Army and on the battlefield through high-quality clinical and educational experiences. The program aims to equip surgeons with the capabilities for the full scope of battlefield surgery and leadership roles.
