Position Description
A PGY-1 residency position is open at Desert Regional Medical Center, starting in July 2026. The application should include: a cover letter detailing your interest in the position and, if relevant, your reasons for leaving your current residency program; a Curriculum Vitae; three letters of recommendation; USMLE scores (Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3 if applicable); your medical school transcript and diploma; a Dean's letter; in-training exam results if available; and for foreign medical graduates, ECFMG certification (J1/H1 visa holders are not eligible for onboarding).
