Broward Health Medical Center Program

The Transitional Year Internship Program at Broward Health Medical Center is a one-year program designed to provide graduate medical students with a strong foundation as they transition to the next phase of their medical training. The curriculum of the program includes rotations in areas such as inpatient ward, emergency medicine, pediatrics emergency medicine, ambulatory medicine, pulmonary medicine, and medical intensive care unit. Residents have the opportunity to engage in scholarly activities and research projects, with the chance to present at national academic conferences.
