Crozer-Chester Medical Center (Keystone Health System) Program

The Sports Medicine Fellowship Program at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, part of the Keystone Health System, is committed to training practitioners to the highest standard in the field of sports medicine. Clinical Rotations

Fellows engage in multiple continuity clinics which are a critical component of the training. The primary clinics include:

• Premier Orthopedics Springfield Sports Medicine: Fellows spend three half-days weekly working alongside the program director or associate director.
• University of Delaware Sports Medicine Clinic: Two half-days per week are dedicated to treating NCAA Division I athletes. Here, fellows collaborate with the head team physician, athletic trainers, and physical therapists to provide comprehensive care.
• Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, and Physiatry Experience: For fellows with backgrounds in these specialties, there are additional opportunities to engage in continuity experiences at the Crozer Health Center for Family Health or other affiliated departments.

Salary and Benefits

The fellowship offers a competitive salary of $75,123.00, along with various benefits designed to support the fellow's overall wellness. Benefits include health, dental, malpractice, life, and disability insurance coverage, as well as free access to the Healthplex Sports Club. Fellows also benefit from four weeks of vacation to promote work-life balance.

In terms of continuing medical education (CME), the fellowship provides annual dues for attendance at key national meetings, including the AMSSM and ACSM. Additionally, fellows receive five days and an allowance of $2,000 specifically for CME-related activities.
