The fellowship also includes special training in advanced crisis resource management and quality improvement initiatives. Fellows will complete a Quality & Safety Course and potentially develop their own quality improvement project. Research Opportunities

Fellows are required to participate in research activities throughout their year of training, with available support from experienced faculty mentors.
