Nephrology Fellowship Program Overview

The Nephrology Fellowship Program at the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta University, has been providing specialized training since its establishment in 1964. The program has produced over 60 nephrologists and continues to offer a comprehensive educational experience in clinical nephrology. Fellows will gain practical experience in the placement of temporary vascular access for hemodialysis and learn to perform percutaneous native and transplant renal biopsies.
