- PGY-6: Research, Inpatient GI, Motility, Outpatient GI, and optional Advanced Endoscopy, which includes hands-on training opportunities at the attending physician's discretion 4.

Fellows will gain proficiency in a range of procedures critical to the field of gastroenterology, including but not limited to esophagogastroduodenoscopies (EGD), colonoscopies, and exposure to specialized techniques such as endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and endoscopic ultrasound (EUS). The curriculum encourages fellows to pursue advanced endoscopic training in preparation for a potential fourth year focused on interventional endoscopy 4.
