In addition to competitive salaries, residents receive comprehensive health and dental insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, life insurance, vacation days, and additional benefits such as meals provided during work hours. Notably, RUHS does not provide housing, but residents have access to call rooms during on-call hours.
