Tower Health Program

During the first year (PGY-4), fellows primarily rotate through inpatient consultative services and various outpatient clinics. They participate in the Endocrinology University for year-1 fellows (AACE). In subsequent years (PGY-5), fellows assume more teaching roles, getting involved in the education of medical students and internal medicine residents while advancing their research focus. This progressive responsibility ensures a learning environment conducive to professional growth.

The fellowship program collaborates with notable institutions, including a two-week pediatric endocrinology rotation at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. This exposure helps fellows develop comprehensive patient management skills across diverse patient demographics.
