Overview
Welcome to the Internal Medicine Residency Program at South Texas Health System GME Consortium, a new ACGME-accredited community-based program located in Hidalgo County, Texas. Applicants for the Internal Medicine Residency Program must meet specific eligibility criteria, including being either a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The program does not currently sponsor visas. Important application documents include the ERAS Common Application Form, curriculum vitae, medical school transcripts, and a minimum of three letters of recommendation, among others.
