Christiana Care Health Services Program

The Christiana Care Family Medicine Residency Program in Delaware offers a comprehensive training experience aimed at developing outstanding physicians who can provide high-quality care in innovative and supportive environments. Residents will work with nationally recognized faculty, medical students, and fellow residents who prioritize patient care and professional growth.

The program offers a diverse curriculum that includes an orientation month focused on ambulatory family medicine. The program also has Osteopathic Recognition through the ACGME.

Residents have the option to choose from three training sites, each offering a unique patient population, including suburban underserved, urban underserved, and a federally qualified health center. The program provides exposure to two contrasting hospitals, a tertiary care medical center, and a community hospital, offering a broad spectrum of experiences.
