A 360-degree evaluation system involving feedback from various sources is utilized to assess residents' progress.
Application to the residency program requires a minimum of three letters of reference, including one from a family physician, a Medical School Performance Evaluation, a medical school transcript, and a report of all USMLE and/or COMLEX attempts. Candidates must be eligible for a permanent Missouri physician license to be considered for an interview or ranking. The program does not sponsor J-1 or H-1B visas.
