The Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at the University of Kansas Medical Center offers a comprehensive one-year training program designed to cultivate specialists in clinical neurophysiology. 3. Kansas City Veterans Administration Medical Center - 4 months

This rotation includes neuromuscular EMG clinics, epilepsy and EEG clinics, and sleep clinics, allowing fellows to broaden their clinical exposure and experience 1.

Curriculum and Conferences

The program includes essential training in inpatient and outpatient clinical experiences, neuroscience conferences, and various didactic sessions. Fellows participate in a series of educational programs, such as a weekly Muscle Biopsy/Journal Club and Grand Rounds 1.

The fellowship offers exposure to clinical research methodologies, enabling fellows to engage with faculty in designing and interpreting research studies. Eligibility for the fellowship requires completion of an ACGME, RCPSC, or CFPC accredited residency program in neurology, child neurology, or psychiatry.
