The Plastic Surgery Residency Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas offers both an Integrated Residency Program and an Independent Residency Program.
Integrated Residency Program:

- The program size is 1 resident per class, and interviews take place in person in March annually.
Application Requirements:
- Applicants must have a Texas Physician-in-Training permit before the residency starts.
- USMLE Step 1 must be passed prior to application submission, and Step 2 CK must be passed before the start of residency.
- ECFMG certificate is required for international medical graduates.
