The Clarion Hospital Program offers an ACGME-accredited Transitional Year Residency Program. The program includes rotations in various specialties such as Anesthesia, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Radiology, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Orthopedics, Surgery, and Urology. The program is designed to tailor academic training for advanced placement residency requirements.

Some benefits of the program include a salary of $54,860, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a pharmacy allowance of $100. Other benefits comprise two weeks of vacation, one week for CME, health insurance including dental and vision, two months of electives, membership to AOA and POMA or AMA, meal allowance while on duty, a laptop, malpractice insurance, and more.

Applicants must have passed COMLEX or USMLE Part I and Part II before entering the PGY I year. The program also provides the COMLEX 3 or USMLE 3 Fee.
