Corewell Health Lakeland Program

The Corewell Health Lakeland Internal Medicine Residency Program offers a 3-year ACGME-accredited program focusing on traditional Internal Medicine Track, providing inpatient and outpatient care. The program is located in St. Joseph, MI, and features a low trainee-to-faculty ratio for an intimate experience. Faculty members have backgrounds from institutions like Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, and University of Michigan. They aim to train internists for various clinical settings and have academic affiliations with Michigan State University and Central Michigan University.

The program has 24 total positions, accepting 9 residents per year. Applicants need to submit a personal statement, three letters of recommendation, medical school transcripts, USMLE or COMLEX scores (Steps 1 and 2 required), and a dean's letter for consideration.
