The University of Kentucky College of Medicine Rural Physician Leadership Program (RPLP) is a unique four-year medical education program located in Morehead, Kentucky. The program aims to train future physicians and health care leaders to provide high-quality care in rural settings.

During the first two years of the program, students are based in Lexington at the College of Medicine. In the following two years, students gain clinical experience at St. Claire HealthCare and other health care providers in northeast Kentucky.
