The University of Wyoming (Cheyenne) Family Medicine Residency Program at Cheyenne (UWFM-Cheyenne) focuses on providing a comprehensive training experience to support graduates in becoming well-rounded family physicians, equipped to serve rural and frontier areas in the United States. Application Requirements: - Must have graduated from medical school no longer than 2 years ago prior to the start of residency - Must present achievement of ECFMG Certification for International Medical School Graduates - Must have US clinical experience of significant nature, including exposure to obstetrics and pediatrics - Must demonstrate a true commitment to Family Medicine - Must provide proof of Permanent Resident or US citizenship - Must show English language proficiency - Must have completed at least one four-week rotation with a family physician and accompanying letter of recommendation - Interview process involves submitting an ERAS application, three letters of recommendation, and meeting specific criteria - Interviews are conducted October through January
