AdventHealth Sebring Family Medicine Residency Program

The AdventHealth Sebring Family Medicine Residency trains family physicians who provide continuous and comprehensive care across all life stages. This program is tailored to meet the personal and population health needs of the South Central Florida region, fostering skilled clinicians who can effectively manage a wide array of health issues commonly encountered in family practice.

Program Structure

The residency program consists of 24 residents distributed in an 8-8-8 format, allowing for collaborative learning and exposure to diverse clinical experiences. Each year of residency consists of various rotations across different specialties, ensuring comprehensive education.

• Successful completion of USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 for MD candidates or COMLEX exams for DO candidates.
• Graduation from an accredited medical school without reservations.
• Proof of US citizenship or appropriate visa status.
• Current ECFMG certification for international medical graduates.

Visa Sponsorship
